I'm trying to browse the Articles page, but appears to be empty. Is this correct? By the way, I'm using Internet Explorer 6.
- We are aware of that particular issue. We are not supporting IE6 any longer. To browse correctly that page, please use IE7, Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
Every subtitle I download is in SubRip format, even though the page indicates it should be in other format. Is this a coincidence?
- For compatibility issues, every subtitle is being dinamically converted to SubRip format, regardless of the original format.
However, you can download the same subtitle in any of 20 formats we support. You only have to click the Convert button and choose a format.
I want to add a comment to a subtitle, but I can't find a way to do that. Could you tell me?
-To be able to add a commen, as to be able to vote a subtitle, you have to be a registered user. Once you are registered and logged, the buttons for these operations will be available.
I want to synchronize a subtitle that I found in the databse, but I can't find the options to do so.
There are 2 reasons why this option doesn't show up.
1. The subtitle is divided in several files. In this case, the only available option is to merge the file.
2. The subtitle is a derived version from other subtitle. For the moment, you can't perform any editions (synchronization, split or merge) for the subtitles created with these operation. What you can do instead, is to do the operation on the original files.
